Director of Housing
Clayton State University (Morrow, GA)
The Director is responsible for the overall management of this 500 bed community opening in fall 2008. Areas of responsibility include fiscal oversight, program and student development, enforcement of policies, leasing and marketing plan development, facilities, and supervision of full-time and student staff. This is a brand new community.
Assistant Director, Residence Life
University of Maryland College Park (College Park, MD)
The Assistant Director for Residence Life is responsible for program development and implementation, supervision of student staff, student development, enforcement of housing policies, and fiscal monitoring for a 700 bed community.
Assistant General Manager, Operations
Bowie State University (Bowie, MD)
The Assistant General Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing areas including student assignments, facilities management, marketing, billing, collections, and staff supervision for this 460 bed community.
Assistant Director for University Affiliated Housing, Residence Life
Frostburg State University (Frostburg, MD)
The Assistant Director for Residence Life is responsible for program development and implementation for the overall community and the First Year Experience Program, supervision of student staff, student development, enforcement of housing policies, and fiscal monitoring for this 406 bed community.
Assistant General Manager, Operations
University of Maryland Baltimore (Baltimore, MD)
The Assistant General Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing areas including student assignments, facilities management, marketing, billing, collections, and staff supervision for this 337 bed community.
Assistant General Manager, Residence Life
Marshall University (Huntington, WV)
The Assistant General Manager for Residence Life is responsible for program development and implementation, supervision of student staff, student development, enforcement of housing policies, and fiscal monitoring for this 750 bed community scheduled to open in fall 2008.

Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life

The Assistant Director is responsible for program development and implementation, supervision of student staff, student development, enforcement of housing policies, and assists with the housing operations for this 343 bed community. Approximately 70% of our student population at this community is comprised of international students, making this a unique and exciting opportunity.
