Assistant General Manager

The Walker Ave/Capstone Management Team works closely with UMBC’s Department of Residential Life to foster a positive residential experience for students. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for overseeing all tasks associated with accounts receivable, residents' accounts, and human resource functions. In cooperation with the General Manager, the AGM may assist with fiscal oversight; development of licensing processes, implementation, and oversight; supervision of full-time employees. The AGM is a live-on required position in which the employee serves in an on-call capacity many evenings and weekends (shared with the nearby UMB Fayette Square community).

Assistant Director of Operations
Taylor Place at Arizona State University
 
Capstone is proud to manage the Taylor Place community which is the only on-campus housing available on the ASU Downtown Phoenix campus. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Director of Operations is to contribute toward the overall management of Taylor Place through the following responsibilities; fiscal monitoring and stewardship of the marketing budget; marketing; publications, and student outreach; process development and implementation; leasing/licensing plan implementation; supervision of student and potentially paraprofessional staff; service/courtesy desk operations; summer conference operations; and reporting. This is a live-in position that participates in the on-call rotation for response to facilities related concerns.
