Our Focus

Student housing: Either directly on a college or university campus or in the surrounding off-campus market.

Develop and/or construct new student housing communities, acquire and reposition existing older off-campus apartment communities, manage off-campus student housing communities, and manage student housing communities – mostly located on-campus -- owned by non-profits.

Our market is nationwide, with a portfolio of experience extending from Washington State to New York.
